• Standard Pieces: We welcome returns on unworn, original-condition bracelets within 14 days of arrival.
• Custom Month Crystal Pieces: Custom orders are welcome back too — same 14 days, unworn and in original condition.

Open the bracelet and choose "Add Your Birth Month Energy Crystal" (+$2), then pick your month. We hand-set a natural mineral attuned to that month into the centre of your piece, held between two titanium steel floral caps.
They are not selected from the traditional jeweller’s birthstone list. Ours are natural minerals chosen for their energetic character, so your month’s stone may differ from a traditional chart. Each month’s mineral is shown on the selection chart before you choose.
Choose "The Original" to receive the bracelet exactly as designed, without a custom crystal. The birth month crystal is an option, not a requirement.
Each bracelet is 6.7 in (17 cm) and strung on Japanese elastic cord, so it fits wrists from 5.9 to 6.5 in (15–16.5 cm). To measure, wrap a strip of paper around your wrist just below the bone and lay it against a ruler.
