Order Processing Each order is hand-prepared and ships within 2–3 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

• Free Shipping on orders over $75

We currently ship to the United States only.

Delivery Time Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 4–7 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking All orders are shipped with tracking. Please allow 1–2 business days after receiving your tracking number for the carrier to update the tracking status.

Delays While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, carrier volume, or weather conditions. These are outside our control and do not qualify for refunds.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us at info@emberquiet.com within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to investigate.
