Damage Guarantee — All Products If your item arrives with shipping damage (broken, cracked in transit, or structurally compromised during delivery), please contact us at info@emberquiet.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We'll make it right with a complimentary replacement or full refund.
Please note: Natural crystals and minerals are products of the earth. Characteristics including surface textures, minor chips, natural fissures, dissolution pits, uneven coloration, and irregular formations are inherent to genuine raw minerals — not manufacturing defects. These natural features are part of what makes each piece unique and are not grounds for return or refund.
Standard Bracelets We accept returns on unworn, unaltered bracelets in original condition within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@emberquiet.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Custom Month Crystal Pieces Custom pieces are hand-finished individually with your chosen energy mineral. We still accept returns on custom orders within 14 days of delivery, provided the piece is unworn and in original condition. Contact us at info@emberquiet.com to start a return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Gift with Purchase Orders over $75 include a complimentary Pocket Crystal. Gifts are not sold separately and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for cash or credit. If you return part of an order and the remaining total falls below $75, please return the gift with your items, or its retail value will be deducted from your refund. If your gift arrives damaged, contact us at info@emberquiet.com within 14 days and we'll replace it.
How to Return All returns must be arranged in advance. Contact us at info@emberquiet.com before sending anything back — returns shipped without prior contact may not be accepted, and we can't guarantee a refund for packages we receive without a return request on file.
Refunds Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@emberquiet.com.
